How to Use Kratom to Boost Your Focus and Concentration

Kratom is a medicinal plant that’s been getting a lot of attention lately for its powerful cognitive effects. Aside from improving brain power, it’s also been known to help with substance withdrawal, depression, immune system function, blood sugar, sexual performance, and insomnia.

The kratom plant varies in chemical composition depending on the color of its veins. Looking at the vein color gives you an idea of what the plant’s effect will be.

White Vein

The white vein has the most potential as a nootropic due to its high stimulating effects. It keeps you alert and focused for longer times. If you ever need a upper in the morning, skip the coffee and go for white vein kratom instead.

Red Vein

Those who want to increase energy levels and relieve stress will benefit more with red vein kratom. It has impressive pain-killing effects that will keep you calm and energized for longer.

The plant can be consumed in various ways with the most potent method being kratom tea. Let the leaves simmer in a pot filled with 8 to 10 ounces of water before straining it. Serve hot or cold.

You may also use kratom powder or kratom capsules to better control your dosage. However you choose to consume kratom, make sure to take it on an empty stomach to fully enjoy its benefits.
